Fall is Here....

I have to get these pictures up for you all to see before winter hits. We are expecting it's arrival any minute now. Today is cold, and it will be the warmest day for the next week or so. Without further ado, here are my autumn pictures:

I love this time of the year. I'm not sure if it is because I have a birthday now, of if it's the beautiful colors that come out before the dead of winter hits. I only wish that I could be up flying right now to give you all an aerial view of the beauty. I've been thinking about that all season (not a long season, but I've been thinking about it!) The leaves fall to the ground especially for my children to have a blast raking, jumping, tossing and laughing in. The mornings are crisp and cool. They days are still warm enough to enjoy. Harvesting all of the crops that took a summer to grow. Sugar beet trucks are lining the roads. Hunters gearing up for the big game season. Crafters scrambling to get ready for holiday season fairs. Geese flying south and honking the entire way there. Election banners lining the streets. Oh, the joys of autumn and the holidays to come. Enjoy it while you can!
