Our Costumes...

As we were getting ready for the trip out to collect candy, we had to pause for pictures. Grady was at the camera, and Myles was once again not cooperating. He managed to get into half of the total ones taken, so here they are:

"get this hat off of me!"

"please, Daddy, make this mean momma get out of my way"

We ended up with a Scooby Doo, Super Girl, IronMan, and Dorothy. Macy and Stuart managed to wear their costumes all day. She came home from school with her pony tails pulled out, her belt off, and her boots crammed in the backpack. Stuart wore his costume over his PJs all day, and then finally stripped them off only to pu the costume back on because he was hot. Dorothy's hair didn't last long since I did not have the time, nor did Dorothy have the patience for me to spray down the hair full of snot (see top photo), and we did not have any rubber bands within reach, so we just tied the bows in. IronMan lost his mask prior to heading out, and Scooby Doo's head was on my arm the entire trip around the block. Somehow Dorothy turned into Dorothy Ann in Stuart's book, but the bags were plenty full and we were ready to hand out candy.
We managed to have a total of two groups and one single trick or treater this year. Lots less that my parents had in Worland. Now we are left with lots of candy from the adventure, and lots of candy left from our own stash. Good thing I bought some that we like to eat. Scooby Doo now needs to take a bath with IronMan. They're waiting in line at the laundry facility right now. Something about candy and costumes that did not mix well last night.
Somehow in the middle of the night Myles managed to poo in his diaper and remove it before fallling back asleep. I had to bathe him in the middle of the night while Grady stripped the bed down. That kid makes the boys' room stink so badly that I think we may need to invest in a bathroom fan for it.
We removed all Halloween decor today and have put up a bit of Thanksgiving stuff. I have a Scentsy party to go to tonight, and Grady will manage the kids. That's it from the Big Sky full of sunshine and wind today.

Looks like a fun night. It was pretty warm here, but we only made it around one block for lack of a nap that afternoon and Natalie was getting sick. She's been sick all day today and very quiet on the couch...not her normal routine. Have a good weekend.

What is Myles doing walking?? Yikes, that's kinda scary to see him running away from the picture!

GREAT costumes, kids!

Yay for scentsy - its my new obsession:) I'm having a party here in a couple weeks, if I ever set a date! The scent called "Skinny Dippin'" is my favorite (although I had to convince Jake that it would not smell like butt...).
