He was fun to make, but I ended up with my first saw wound. I stuck my finger a bit too close to the blade before it completely stopped. Not bad, but it counts because I had to use a bandaid. I also have added to my list of needs (wants):
...this sander and a shop vac to clean up the mess that I'm making!

Oh, and shop vacs are cool. We have one in the garage and it is great but to small, we need a bigger one!
Wish you and Grady lived closer we are having an adult pumpkin carving party tomorrow night at our house. I think it is going to be an annual tradition, so when you move here you can take part in it! :)

hey ashli, those are so rad! isn't it liberating working with power tools. i miss it a little. the whole process of design and assembly then the finished project is so much fun! hope you are feeling better.
