We went into Saturday market and the zoo in Anchorage. I loved all of the "GIANORMOUS" sized produce at the market. I think that a person could get used to the fresh and local produce all summer long. It is true: Things are Bigger in Alaska! After a yummy lunch (if you ever get the chance, try these things also know as Russian Cheeseburgers...Deana will help me with the name, they are wonderful), we went to the zoo. Here are a few pictures...

Doesn't that just look so inviting right now....I could use some more sleep. Kids aren't doing so well back at home. They slept wonderfully the first week in Wasilla, and I miss that.

Check out those claws....

Yes, it poured rain on us. We did everything we could to keep the babies dry, but Jeff ended up taking Miss K back to the truck, and I tried to keep Myles warm enough. The other three enjoyed the puddles...probably more than the zoo. Later we purchased some ponchos for the rain, but then we never needed them. Go figure!

I love all your pictures! I wish you guys would have had better weather while you were here, but it looks like you had fun regardless!
