Here are our carved pumpkins for this year. Stuart ended up picking the exact same template that Macy used, so we made one Raphael and one Donatello to make them "different". Myles got the ghost, Fiona got Dora (of course), and Daddy made his usual "normal" carvings.

Feeling as if we hadn't decorated much this year, I decided to try out my new Cricut Cartridge and make these lanterns today. I figured that if I used light enough paper and stickers, the kids could help. Each one made exactly ONE lantern a piece and then left mommy to finish. Here is the ghost that Macy colored the face one too.
Our old "BOO" sign and then there are the old ghost and bat window clingy deals in the windows. I really want to work on decorating better next year. I did get quite a bit done for the interior this year though. If I remember to, I will take a picture of the laterns lit and the inside things for another post.
If I don't get updated again before halloween,

Ashli, you're so creative! We have exactly 2 Halloween decorations out this year - a little ceramic pumpkin with a strobe light in it from my mom and the orange paper-plate pumpkin Josh made in nursery on Sunday...I didn't want to lug out the decos this year, under the current almost-moving circumstances! I LOVE those lanterns - you're gonna have to show me how to make them again for Christmas! The Jack-O-Lanterns are awesome, as usual (although we have about a million pumpkins around the house, we haven't carved any...we were total party poopers this year!) -- but Fiona is the cutest pumpkin!
Very cute decorations!
