My Delicious AND Healthy Lunch

I made some salad for dinner last night, and had some left over, so I ate it for lunch. I just had to share it with you because it was sooooo yummy. It was the usual romaine lettuce, shredded carrots, colorful bell peppers and radishes with a small amount of ranch dressing (time to make more). However, I added some fresh diced pears, shredded monterey and colby cheese, chopped roasted turkey breast deli meat, and grape nuts. (Yes, the cereal). Those pears were so juicy that I did not even need any dressing, but it was sooooo good. I wish that I would have taken a picture of it to share. I'd had one similar (without cheese and meat) at McKinzie River Pizza a few weeks ago, and when I saw the pears at Costco yesterday, I had to buy them......so.......

Fiona ate the other half of the pear and some macaroni and cheese with Macy and Stuart. They also had yogurt (not Fiona). We are waiting for the dryer to be done so that Stuart can get out the snugglies and head to nap. I need to do some more running around today, but may not be able to get there. The naps are not working out to my advantage. Fiona has two which are not the same time as Stuart and Macy's. BUT, I get to get some of my housework done! I am so happy about that! With all of the decorating, I feel like I have been slacking on the house work.

Well, that's our interesting morning. If anything worth telling about happens this afternoon, I will be sure to share it. Happy Afternoon Everyone!

I knew you were up early. I saw you online. That salad sounds really yummmmmmmmy.....
I am on this new diet. The doctor said to take three containers.1-small, 1- medium and 1- large. Fill the small one with carbohydrates, the medium one with protiens, and the large with greens. Do this for all meals and you will lose weight. One of his patients lost 198lbs. Hope I can lose 40lbs.
