Stickers,Games, & Shoes, What more could we want?

After naptime today, we handed out stickers for the sticker chart. Stuart is working towards a Helicopter he found at Costco (his new favorite store!), and Macy is working towards another Princess dress (she just got Snow White). The purpose of these charts started out for the sole purpose of napping and bedtime. After Macy and Stuart mastered that, we had to add some better manners and good deeds to the new chart. Here is a picture of them showing off their charts.

Macy got a new set of Princess panties from Daddy, and Stuart received a game from him last night while we were shopping at Costco. He and Macy have been playing it lots. It teaches math without them even knowing that they're learing. Today we had to head out to find a new pair of shoes for them both. We are going to Wyoming for hunting and family visits next week, and they both only fit into their summer shoes. Oh, how they've grown. Target is the place....Mommy's favorite, anyway. We had to share a picture of the new styles for all of the grandmas and grandpas looking. Stuart really wanted to share them.

Well, there you have our afternoon wrapped up in three pictures. We wanted to put up some spider webs outside on the porch to go with the ghosts, but it is going to be painted sometime soon, so we have to wait on that. Let me know what you think of this way to update everyone. We miss you all & hope to see you soon!

Oh, it must be nice having places to shop...Kimball just got some shoes like Macy's with the elastic/velcro deal - we LOVE them. Why didn't anyone think of these sooner? Kids who can't tie their shoes can get them on by themselves without looking like little velcro nerds:) Heather is getting some next time we go to the store, too. Love the pics and the update!! Isn't it FUN having a blog?:)

I had to tell Stuart about how nice it was just to drive down the street to the store. He wanted to move back to Ten Sleep this afternoon. I explained that if we lived there, we would not have shoes to go up the mountain with, and would miss hunting this year. That sure changed his mind in a hurry.

Looks like you guys are having fun! We'll have to see your house when we pick up our new puppy at the airport sometime in November. You are just going to think we're crazy, but we are both so excited...maybe even Kyle more than I am. I'll tell you the story next week. Jess
