Today I was the unlucky beneficiary of a very exhausting and rather stinky date. I met up with the roll of paper towels, the spray cleaner, the clorox wipes, the diaper wipes, the shampooer, the shampoo, the bath tub, the bath soap, the washer and the detergent! Man was I a lucky woman or what. To spare you all the churning tummies, I held myself back on the photographs, but managed to send one to my husband (hoping for a laugh because that was all I could do!).
We took a short tour up to the airport and dropped off Grady's dad. On the way home Myles fell asleep in the car. I picked him up and put him in his bed for a nap. He usually wakes up some, but will fall back asleep with a bottle. Usually. BUT.NOT.TODAY. We listenend to him play around a bit and I kept the other three quiet hoping he'd fall back asleep. After about 20 minutes, I told them that I had a feeling he was in there naked. Macy jumped up and asked if she could check. So she did.
He had painted a beauitful picture on the wall with his fecal matter. Yes, and he was darn proud of it. I tossed him in the tub (not really, but would have loved to) and began the ever tedious scrubbing. I actually washed the paint off of the wall taking care of his art. Cleaned the carpet and am waiting for the sanitary cycle to end on the washer, but that will be a while....1 hour and 50 minutes to be exact.
So, there you have another chaotic happening in my life to laugh about. Anything funny from you all would be appreciated.....just to make sure that I'm not on a oneway trip to the looney bin.

The story cracked me up . . . I'm sure it will happen to me one of these days! Not really funny to deal with I know, but just the way you wrote it cracked me up! SO SORRY ASHLI!! As if you didn't already have enough going on!! Anyways, thanks for the post on the blog! I love reading them and it makes me feel closer to you guys even though the distance is so far!! THE ROAD BETWEEN FRIENDS IS NEVER LONG!! Miss you SO MUCH TODAY and wish you were here to go to the Botanical Garden Show tomorrow . . . it should be fun . . . I've wanted to go every year and never get to so this year I AM GOING!! Jeff has Kaitlyn and Ruth and I are going to Anchorage!! That's it here!! Nothing funny . . . sorry!
Natalie can't keep her pants on lately, either, but she hasn't tried that trick yet! Sorry the offers weren't good enough for the house. Do you still have a hold on the one here? Where is it. I'm going to post today...summer happenings and longer days leave me too tired and busy to post at night now! Hope all is well, Jess
