Billings West High Cheerleader Camp 2009

We took Macy to the cheerleader camp this morning for her to have some fun. She brought home papers a while ago, and I tossed them out after not having any interest shown from her....only to hear about it the day before sign-up was due! Today, she came home after 3 1/2 hours of practice and took a very long nap. We went back to the high school for a halftime performance during the boys basketball game. It was neat to watch my kids in that place since we have not been to a game in so long! I know that Ten Sleep was the last attempt I made at going to something with such young babes!

I don't think that Macy will be dreaming of becoming a cheerleader anytime soon. She was very nervous and I was sure that she was going to chew her finger off before the performance even started.

We're going back in time here.....this is a shot of the campers from across the gym. I'd say that it was quite the turn out for these young ladies to teach two cheers and a dance to!

There's our day for you all. We had a fun time and Grady managed to get some painting done! I played outside with the three younger kids for a bit and managed to pick up the dog doo too! It was a beautiful day here and I am so happy that we soaked up some of that sunshine. I also must add that I used Space Bags for the first time last night and am so happy that I purchased a giant package at Costco. Those things are the greatest invention ever!
