Grady spent hours last night placing strands and strands of lights on the tree while I sorted ornaments for the kids to hang today. They were so excited when they woke up and it was all lit up this morning....remember, we are up before the roosters around here!
The older two were very excited to hang their ornaments, and Fiona really had no desire until I started in on hers, then she did a few and was done. While we were trying to put them on someone else thought that it would be fun to take them off....
..after several successful stops, he finally snuck away with one, and had to show daddy. Check out this smile....kinda like, "ha, momma, I got around ya!"

Wow! What a tree... It sure fills up the corner. I bet the kids just flipped to see the tree this morning, sure wish I could have stayed to be apart of it all. I had the best time, it always goes by too fast.
Loved the Rummy tournament too!

I LOVE the tree! Mine is only 7 1/5 feet tall!! Tis the season and know we are thinking about you everyday and looking forward to the day we all get to be together again!
Your tree looks beautiful! How fun to have such a big tree with your cool tall ceilings! We just got ours up tonight (ours is around 8 feet) - will post pics later!
I love your tree. You have me in the mood for Christmas now! I think i am going to get our tree up this week! It is only about half as tall as yours! LOL Happy Holidays!
