My First Day of Preschool

Grady's momma came out on Monday, so I was finally able to go to school with Stuart. He loved it and told everyone that it was his mom's first day of preschool. It really was, and now he is very concerned with why my mom didn't put me in preschool. Here's our predeparture photo:

I had a great time with him and enjoyed a break from so many kids. I also attended my first PTO meeting last night. It is a great opportunity for me and this school is really in need of some more involved parents. They teachers and staff are completely THERE, but the families aren't as much as we'd like them to be. It's a wonderful school, and I will do all I can to help keep it that way.

Last Friday we all managed to get some haircuts.....well, all but the two youngest. Stuart wanted to get his done and then got a bit scared while we were waiting. I told him that I'd do mine too. Grady jumped in at the last minute to have his done, and then we went back after school for Macy. Her's is the biggest change, so I'll go get pictures today to share with you all.

My parents were in town last weekend to do some shopping. We were able to land an early Christmas gift from them....and my dad helped Grady put it up. The TV was being abused pretty badly from our children, and to save it's life, we needed a wall mount....so, without further ado...here it is! I spent over 3 hours rearranging the room on Monday and finally just had to let it be because I was getting pretty sore. LOVE IT! THANKS DAD & SHEILA! Excuse the mess, I've been in and out all day and keeping up with the kids takes all day. Fiona Belle was being silly, so I had to capture the moment:

PS: Grady's cousin and his wife had their first child last night. Congratulations Justin and Erin, and welcome Afton. We are so excited for you all and are trying to wait patiently for the pictures!
