We were so fortunate that we were able to attend the final adoption meeting for Miss K. It was a rainy day, but it was the BEST rainy day of them all. We had to go through security at the courthouse and our camera bag was searched...???? But we got through with it to take some pictures.
Deana and I had spent some time cutting material for table clothes for the outside tables and we pulled all of the chairs up under the roofline to keep dry....just in case the rain let up for the party afterwards. It didn't...but we were prepared. We layered them on the inside tables and used our flower & photo pots for decor in there. It worked perfectly! We had an ice cream bar after dinner. These kids were completely SPOILED! Well, let me rephrase that... WE ALL WERE COMPLETELY SPOILED!

We were spoiled to have you with us! Thanks so much for all the help with the decorating stuff, making me a beautiful rug and blanket too! I showed it all off at work today and everyone loved it all!
