We spent this afternoon at the airport with Popi. He has been wanting to take me out in the helicopter for sometime now, and we finally got to do it today. This is my second helicopter ride ever. Stuart was the size of Myles in my first, and one of Steve's employees was the pilot then. It was a much larger one, and it had the doors on. Here's some pictures of the day. We have tons, so I had to narrow them down....
A little preflight inspection and "training" for our future pilots...
Fiona was next. She cried and cried when we took off first. Her thumb stayed in her mouth until she started crying that she wanted her dad. We made it to the highway bridge over the river before that happened.
"SOMEDAY MR. MACHINE, I WILL CONTROL YOU!"
He just kept looking up at the other helicopters like this...
