Look Alike Meter

I "Bloglifted" the following meters from Adrienne's blog. It was too funny not to try. So, THANK YOU Adrienne, for the laughs. I posted these so that everyone else could get a laugh out of them too. I hope that you enjoy them as much as we did. I was expecting Stuart to completely blow the rest of the kids out of the running for the "Momma Look Alike", but he is our perfect blend. My dad called it right last weekend, Macy is the "Mini Me". The one that shocked me the most was Fiona. I was sure that she would pop up as the "Daddy Look Alike" because we thought she looked alot like his mom, but it's my dominate genes that win again! We were figuring Myles to be the blend, but he will not be Dad's "Mini Me".

We went to a drive in movie last night. It was my first time and I have to say that I was completely unprepared for it. I didn't wear socks and did not take enough blankets for everyone. Thank goodness that our friends brought along so many they had overflow for us. It was freezing! We watched Alvin and the Chipmunks! What a blast! We went with a promotion form a local radio station that allowed everyone in for FREE! They had another movie playing afterwards, but we were too cold (43 degrees with the back hatch open and windy) and it was late (10ish). Our battery died on the suburban (go figure...screaming kids that are frozen and no way to heat up). And, yes, our friend's car was dead too. I am so thankful for our Christmas present from years ago. Dad & Sheila bought us a car emergeny kit and those jumper cables have come in handy more than once now! THANK YOU DAD & SHEILA! Thank you to the nice guy in a Dodge pickup for the jumps too. We will be heading back out ($12 will get the entire car in for 2 movies!) when the weather warms up.

I'm gonna go check on the Man-tastic Pampered Chef Party! Have a great Saturday.

You've seriously never been to a drive-in movie? Wow! I didn't know there was one in Billings. There's one in the town I grew up in in CA - we went all the time. Its fun - something I miss...but, in CA, its considerably warmer late at night!!

Actually, the drive in is in Laurel. It's only a few minutes from our house though. Way better than fighting traffic on a Friday.
