A Second Home

We bought a camper! I'm not quite sure what brought it on, but with the year end closeouts, we really couldn't afford to miss out. Here are a few pictures of the inside, but we haven't taken one of the exterior yet. The kitchen and dining area
Macy & Stuart's bunk beds
The bedroom area
The front door and couch
We loved this one because it has five beds, enough for everyone's own beds. We figured it would be better to have some space and ENJOY the camping vs. being cramped and grumpy. We're headed to the Big Horn Mountains to camp this weekend and then will store it for the winter. Just had to share the news with everyone. I better go tend to some diapers.

Congrats guys! Totally awesome "second home!" I know you will get a lot of great use out of it. Maybe one of these days we'll get to all go together again. I remember the last time we camped together. Wow, what a party that was!! We miss you guys. Enjoy the camper!!

we're gonna try it out this weekend up above Ten Sleep. some friends are gonna camp up there to, so i invitited my family along. they have a little more camper experiance, might be a good idea for me to watch them a little. as a bonus my dad is gonna be just a few miles away gathering his cows. Stu is gonna hate that!! and everyone knows that i hate spending time with my dad.(my hero)

So cool! For some reason I think your blog posts don't make it to my computer until they're up for a while - I swear I checked yours at like 9pm last night and there were still pumpkins at the top! I probably need to clear my computer's cache or something. Anyway -- we've been talking about getting a camper in the next year or two as well - we'll have to go camping together:)

Hope your camping weekend was fun. We got back from North Carolina last week and spent this week getting back into a routine, spendign time with my sister and tearing down fence so we can put up the new one in October. Nate Boyd is living with us for a while until he finds Ten Sleep property, so he'll be a big help to Kyle. Of course we're getting ready for hunting camp and so on, and my mom and other sister are going to be here in a few weeks for Natalie's birthday. That will be fun. Some friends have also convinced me to try to sell some of my jewelry at hobby days in November, so getting busy with that. Hope all is well and Myles is fully recovered. What a tough first month!
