Obstacle Course

As an attempt to get the kids physically active in spite of this cold weather, I built them an obstacle course today. We had to go around the living room and the toy area and do different crawls, balancing, and climbing.

...we skipped some pictues of a balance beem, crab crawl, tip-toe walking, etc., but here is the tower building either with blocks or the stacking cups at the end. They absolutely loved doing this and went through about twenty times before I took it down. And, for the final photo....Fiona. She has been climbing up the standing point all day and last night. The only problem is that she has no idea how to get back down unless she falls or someone helps her. Eitherway, there's a little whine before the let down.
